Kirk was a ‘real’ person.

He lived an amazing life of 30 years, was outgoing, caring, inspirational and always able to make people laugh.

From a very young age Kirk wanted to fly planes, eventually realising his dream as a Flight Instructor with Nelson Aviation College.
Kirk’s Kai evolved in 2012 when Kirk was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and needed easy to prepare, tasty, healthy food.

Prompted by his need, we embarked on developing our specialized products – all vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, additive free and very tasty.

Each package contains nutritious patties made with care and love in Kirk’s name and with Kirk’s blessing.
